The Administrator equipped dittazimmermann.com with a personal data security policy and an IT-system security policy which ensure effective protection of your personal data. The most important elements of our personal data protection system include:
A. Only employees of ZIMMERMANN DESIGN LTD DITTA DESIGN SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA who have received appropriate training on personal data security policy and have signed applicable pledges to follow it can access your personal data.

A. Registration.
In order to register, you are asked to provide us with necessary data to set up an account on dittazimmermann.com. After you have done this, you no longer have to spend time filling out the order form every time you make a purchase. Once you have registered, you can also check the status of your order, as well as your order history. 2. Your address (street, number, postcode, and city) – required to address the shipment;
3. Telephone number –required in the case of some delivery methods (for example by carriers).
If, by placing an order, you choose to have your purchase confirmation issued on the basis of data other than the data indicated during registration or order placement, you will be asked to provide: 1. Your name and surname or company/institution name – required to issue the purchase confirmation;
2. Your address (street, number, postcode, and city) – required to issue the purchase confirmation;
3. NIP – required to issue the purchase confirmation.
Data provided by placing an order are processed by dittazimmermann.dom and the following entities to the extent specified as follows: 1. Your name and surname, address, telephone, email indicated as the delivery address are transmitted to the carrier in the form of a shipping label or bill of lading, which is also an order for the delivery, and according to the chosen delivery method will be transmitted to:
a. Poczta Polska
b. DPD
c. Quanta Piotr Ciszewski, a company responsible for logistics of the dittazimmermann.com store;
2. Your name and surname, address, NIP, which are indicated as data for issuing a purchase confirmation, are transmitted to our accountancy office in the form of a purchase confirmation.
If you pay using an external payment system, all data provided after leaving our website will be collected and stored solely in the database of the payment service provider and are in no way available or stored by dittazimmermann.com.

C. Newsletter
