Complaints and returns


The Seller is liable to the Customer under a warranty for any deficiency of the product purchased in the Shop, within the scope defined in the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights and in the Civil Code of 23 April 1964.
  • The complaint application form should be sent to the company’s registered seat at the following address:
    ul. Korsarzy 3, 81 – 578 Gdynia: COMPLAINT
  • Your complaint should contain the original receipt or invoice and a filled-out complaint application form (click here) or any other form or letter, which includes basic information: your name and surname, correspondence address, description of the product, description of the defect or nonconformity with the agreement, as well as the product itself.
  • The Customer may request a free repair or an exchange of the product for a new product, or withdrawal from the contract, if the defect is substantial.
  • Should the defect result from the manufacturer’s fault, the product will be repaired or exchanged for a new product and sent back to the Customer at the shop’s expense.
  • In the case of damage for which ZIMMERMANN DESIGN Ltd DITTA ZIMMERMANN is not liable (damage resulting from the Customer’s fault or due to random events while using, in particular mechanical damages, breaking, scratching, bending of the original shape of the jewellery piece, as well as natural wear and tear of the product while using – matte burnishing, scratches, fading of the gilding and rhodium-plating),
  • DITTA ZIMMERMANN will contact the Customer in order to inform him or her about the possible repair costs.
  • DITTA ZIMMERMANN is not liable for product damages occurred during transport ordered by the Customer.
